Barry Picker, CPA, was recommended to visit Boys Town Jerusalem by his client, Mrs. Ruth Simon of Lawrence, NY. Mr. Picker is seen presenting a pair of tefillin to a Boys Town student celebrating his Bar Mitzvah at the school. The late Hyman Simon, of blessed memory, launched the BTJ Tefillin Campaign, and this has been perpetuated by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Simon, who most recently sponsored another 78 pairs of phylacteries, commerating what would have been her beloved husband's 78th birthday.
